As we all aware, Mandir construction has been almost completed and we started celebrating the majority of our festivals.Bylaws & Constitution amendment is a continuous process and needs to be reviewed based on Society’s needs.
This amendment is subject to approval from the majority of the Life Members. We request you go through this email & read the proposed changes.

Note: Some wording may/will change upon legal review with our lawyer.

This bylaw and Constitution amendment is critical for Mandir’s future sustainable functionality, hence our humble request to all Life Members to vote before April 8, 2023.
