Sanatan Mandir Cultural Society of Fort McMurray is pleased to invite all community members for following upcoming events in Fort McMurray.
Rath Yatra is a very large Hindu festival associated with the deity Lord Jagannatha (Krishna), Balarma and Subhadra, and originating in Puri, Orissa, India.
3rd time in row, Sanatan Mandir Cultural Society of Fort McMurray is organizing Rath Yatra in North Pole.
All the way through there will be melodious singing, chanting and dancing to rhythmical drums and cymbals.
The procession ends with a puja and delicious Mahaprasad.
